Mobile Alchemy ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MetalDetector mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

MetalDetector is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Location data or GPS coordinates
Magnetometer or sensor readings
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV)
Contacts, photos, or other personal content

3. Data Stored Locally

The App stores the following data exclusively on your device:

User preferences: sensitivity settings, audio/haptic preferences, selected language
Session recordings: magnetometer data from recorded detection sessions
Purchase status: whether Pro features have been unlocked

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

4. Magnetometer Access

The App accesses your device's magnetometer sensor to detect nearby magnetic fields. Sensor data is processed entirely on-device in real time. No magnetometer readings are stored permanently unless you choose to record a session, and recordings are stored only on your device.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Purchase validation is handled by our payment processor, Adapty, which processes only anonymous transaction receipts — no personal data is shared. 6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party service:

Adapty — for managing in-app subscriptions and purchases. Adapty processes anonymous transaction data only. No personal information is shared. See Adapty's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, crash reporting tools, or social media integrations.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, the App is safe for use by individuals of all ages.

8. Data Security

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of data breach from our services. All user data remains on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete on our servers. You can delete all locally stored App data at any time by deleting the App from your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
